Joe Skeen (1927–2003) was a 1927-2003 American politician; namesake of a university library, a wildlife refuge visitor center, and a camping area. Born June 30, 1927 in Roswell. Died December 7, 2003 in Roswell of Parkinson’s disease. Interred at Skeen Ranch Airport, Lincoln County, United States.
