Arthur MacArthur (1815–1896) was a Supreme Court Justice of DC Districct, Lt Governor and governor of Wisconsin. Born January 26, 1815 in Glasgow. Died August 26, 1896 in Atlantic City of cancer. Interred at Rock Creek Cemetery, Washington, D.C., United States.
