Biography

Dominique Zardi was a French actor born on March 2, 1930, in the 10th arrondissement of Paris. Throughout his life, he worked in the French entertainment industry, contributing his talent to the performing arts during a significant period of French cinema and theater history. His career spanned much of the twentieth century, a time of considerable cultural flourishing in France.

Zardi spent his entire life in Paris, the city of his birth, eventually passing away on December 13, 2009, at the age of 79 in the 13th arrondissement. He died of cancer, concluding a life fully lived in the heart of the French capital. His final resting place is Père Lachaise Cemetery in Ménilmontant, one of Paris’s most historic and respected burial grounds, where many notable figures from French culture have been laid to rest.
