Harris Flanagin (1817–1874) was a governor of Arkansas from 1862 to 1864, and in exile from 1864 to 1865. Born November 3, 1817 in Roadstown. Died September 23, 1874 in Arkadelphia of heart failure. Interred at Rose Hill Cemetery, Arkadelphia, United States.
