John George Bartholomew (1860–1920) was a British cartographer (1860-1920) and founder of Edinburgh Geographical Institute and later Collins Bartholomew. Born March 22, 1860 in Edinburgh. Died April 14, 1920 in Sintra. Interred at São Pedro de Penaferrim Cemetery, São Pedro de Penaferrim, Portugal.
