Ju Kyu-chang (1928–2018) was a North Korean official, head of the Korean Workers Party Machine-Building Industry Department, reputed head of North Korea’s nuclear and missile programs, member of Central Military Commission of the Workers’ Party. Born November 25, 1928 in South Hamgyong Province. Died September 3, 2018 in an unknown location of pancytopenia.
