Oleg Lobov 1937 – 2018

Biography

Oleg Lobov was born on September 7, 1937, in Kyiv, during a transformative period in Soviet history. Throughout his life, he would become known for his work in Russian politics, serving in various capacities that reflected the changing landscape of the late twentieth century.
