Paolo Galluzzi was the historian who made Florence’s Museo Galileo a world reference for the history of science (1942–2026). He edited the journal Nuncius from 1991 to 2007 and published more than 200 works on Leonardo da Vinci, Galileo and his school, and the scientific academies of early modern Europe.
