Pierre Claude François Daunou (1761–1840) was a French statesman and historian of the French Revolution and Empire. Born August 18, 1761 in Boulogne-sur-Mer. Died June 20, 1840 in Paris. Interred at Père Lachaise Cemetery, Ménilmontant, France.
