Said Siam 1959 – 2009

Biography

Said Siam was born on July 22, 1959, in the Al-Shati refugee camp, where he spent his early years amid the challenges faced by displaced Palestinian families. Throughout his life, he became involved in Palestinian political affairs, dedicating himself to public service during a pivotal period in Palestinian history. His work reflected a commitment to his community during decades of significant upheaval and change in the region.

On January 15, 2009, Said Siam’s life ended in Jabalia as a result of a targeted killing. His death marked the loss of a political figure during a time of intense conflict. Though his life was cut short, his involvement in Palestinian politics left an imprint on those who knew and worked alongside him during his years of service.
