Biography

Tofig Guliyev was born on November 7, 1917, in Bilgəh, Azerbaijan, during a time of significant change in the region. He would go on to become a respected musician, contributing to the rich cultural heritage of Azerbaijan during much of the twentieth century. His life spanned over eight decades, witnessing and participating in the artistic developments of his country through multiple generations.
