William Gilbert Rees (1827–1898) was a founder of Queenstown, New Zealand. Born April 6, 1827 in Haroldston St. Issell’s. Died October 31, 1898 in Blenheim. Interred at Omaka Cemetery, Marlborough District, New Zealand.
